شركت مهندسي فرآيندكاو در سال 1374 و با تکیه بر سال‌ها فعالیت مؤسسان خود در مسئولیت‌های عالی اجرایی و باهدف بهره‌گیری حداکثری از توان فنی و مهندسی کشور در اجرای پروژه‌های صنعتی تأسیس گردید و امروز مدیران و پرسنل شرکت فرآیندکاو به خود می‌بالند که باگذشت قریب به 28 سال از آغاز فعالیت خود پروژه‌های صنعتی متعددی را در نقاط مختلف کشور به مرحله بهره‌برداری رسانده و در توسعه و پیشرفت میهن خویش سهمی داشته‌اند .
شرکت مهندسی فرآیندکاو در راستای نیل به اهداف خود همواره بر رشد و گسترش امکانات و قابلیت‌هایش توجه داشته و هم‌اکنون نیز با در اختیار داشتن 30 کارشناس متخصص و بیش از 150 نفر پرسنل فنی عملیاتی و همچنین بهره‌گیری از انواع ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات (سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری ) کلیه مراحل اجرایی پروژه‌ها صنعتی را از مرحله طراحی و تأمین تجهیزات و اجرا گرفته تا مرحله بهره‌برداری (E.P.C.M) را به‌طور کامل بر عهده می‌گیرد.
علاوه بر شاخص‌های توسعه کمی ، دیدگاه مدیران شرکت همواره معطوف بر ارتقاء سطح کیفی خدمات ارائه شده به کارفرمایان و نیز بهره‌گیری از الگوهای توسعه پایدار در اجرای پروژه‌های صنعتی کشور بوده است لذا در این راستا شرکت فرآیندکاو نسبت به پیاده‌سازی و استقرار سیستم‌های مدیریت کیفیت ، مدیریت محیط‌زیست و ایمنی و حفاظت در کلیه پروژه‌های خود اقدام نموده است و با رعایت دقیق ضوابط مربوطه موفق به کسب آخرین ویرایش استانداردهاي ISO9001 و ISO14001 و OHSAS18001 و HSE-MS گردیده است .
این شرکت تاکنون موفق به اجرای بیش از 70 پروژه بزرگ و کوچک در عرصه‌های مختلف صنعت کشور ازجمله آب و فاضلاب ، نفت و پتروشیمی شده و در سال‌های اخیر همواره به‌طور متوسط 4 پروژه را در دست اجرا داشته است و امید دارد با بکار گیری ظرفیت‌ها و توانایی‌های خویش در آینده نیز در مسیر پیشرفت و توسعه صنعت کشور گام بردارد .
